The written quotation and booking confirmation will define each agreed service.

Quotations and bookings

Prices depend on the property, condition, requested tasks, location and frequency. A booking is accepted only when we confirm the scope, price, date and payment arrangements.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access, disclose relevant hazards, secure valuables and fragile items, provide working utilities where required, and identify surfaces needing special treatment.

Changes and cancellations

Please notify us promptly about changes or cancellations. Any cancellation charge or notice period will be stated before the booking is confirmed.

Access, delays and concerns

If safe or timely access is unavailable, we may rearrange the service. Report concerns promptly with relevant details and photographs where appropriate so we can assess them.

Payment

The accepted method and due date will appear in the quotation or invoice. Additional work must be agreed before it is carried out.
